You see the whole price before you book
There's a fee for the visit itself, which covers getting to you and the look round the house. Everything else is only added if you ask for it.
The standard visit
Getting to you, a look round the house, doors and windows checked, and your report written up afterwards. Anything you pick is added on top of this.

Discounts and extras
Second visit same day
A reduced rate for the second and later visit on the same day.
Pet care
Per pet, per visit. The first pet is included.
Weekend visits
Saturdays and Sundays.
Bank holidays
Bank holidays and the Christmas period.
Short notice
Bookings starting within two days.
Longer bookings
A week or more gets 5%, a fortnight or more gets 10%.
Welcome discount
A customer's first booking, capped at £20.
Minimum booking
No booking is taken for less than £25.
Cancelling
Cancel 7 or more days before your first visit for a full refund. Cancel 2 to 6 days before and we refund half. Inside 48 hours we cannot refund, because the visits are already allocated to a carer.
